* Recommend Aurora reader endpoint for DataSourceReplicas

Hardcoded reader instance endpoints go stale when readers are added or removed and don't work with Aurora Replica Auto Scaling. Default to the cluster reader endpoint with a short ConnMaxLifetimeMilliseconds, keep instance endpoints as an alternative, and clarify that pool limits apply per DataSourceReplicas entry.

* Present both Aurora replica configurations with pros and cons
