* Remove dead self-serve purchase code
Remove the unused ChangeSubscription, GetSelfHostedProducts and
InvalidateCaches methods from CloudInterface, the always-501
/api/v4/hosted_customer/signup_available endpoint, the unused
NotifySelfHostedSignupProgress app method, the hosted purchase screening
job, and Client4.GetSelfHostedProducts. Deprecate the related public
model types and constants.
