level of the "uninitialized variable" message was lowered from
"alert" to "warn".
*) Feature: the "override_charset" directive.
*) Change: now if the unknown variable is used in the "echo" and "if

not logged.
*) Bugfix: the active connection counter increased on the exceeding of
