The Windows one still pointed at dpage/winpgbuild and told people to dig a binaries asset out of a workflow run. pgbuild publishes proper releases now, each tagged *-latest, so both platforms get a predictable URL and the same binaries CI uses. syft is added to the Chocolatey list, the build having needed it since the SBOM step went in. The macOS one claimed Python 3.6+, which has not been true for a while and is now doubly confusing given the build downloads the interpreter it bundles: the two are separated, and the version that ships is pointed at pkg/python-version.txt. It also never mentioned syft or wget, both of which the build needs, or that Homebrew's PostgreSQL lacks the zstd and lz4 support ours is built with.
