Reword section on Third Party Themes

Browse Source 
- No longer attempt to be the location for listing themes -- only Sphinx-RTD-Theme was listed here.
- Mention the classifier used when searching on PyPI.
- Emphasize sphinx-themes.org as a gallery of themes.
