ef49fadf8c - rename webify/unwebify to canonical/os_path 
- build all documents correctly, including howtos
- pack ACKS content into an .. acks directive, to
  make it possible to render it into a comma-separated
  list in latex

d302c52646 Add a way to mark deprecated modules, and show this information in the module index.
