build: distribute commandtest files

* tests/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Add commanddata.
* tests/commandtest.c (checkoutput): Delete correct file.
(test4): Delete pid file.
(mymain): Delete unused variable.
* tests/commanddata/Makefile.am: New file.
* configure.ac (AC_OUTPUT): Build new makefile.
