qemu: use separate alias for chardev and associated device

Browse Source 
* src/qemu/qemu_command.c (qemuBuildChrChardevStr): Alter the
chardev alias.
(qemuBuildCommandLine): Output an id for the chardev counterpart.
* tests/qemuxml2argvdata/*: Update tests to match.
