Rename qemud/ directory to daemon/

* qemud/: Rename to daemon/
* Makefile.am, configure.in, src/Makefile.am, src/remote_internal.c,
  tests/Makefile.am, tests/eventtest.c: s/qemud/daemon/ where needed
