Add documentation about migration.

This adds a page documenting many aspects of migration:

 - The types of migration (managed direct, p2p, unmanaged direct)
 - Data transports (native, tunnelled)
 - Migration URIs
 - Config file handling
 - Example scenarios

* libvirt.css: Rules for data tables and diagrams
