tests: qemucapabilities: Update capabilities for qemu-5.2 dev cycle

Mid-cycle caps resync. Notable change is that virtio-blk enables
multiqueue by default and the addition of
'calc-dirty-rate'/'query-dirty-rate' QMP commands.
