qemuxml2xmloutdata: Turn tpm-*.xml files into symlinks

Browse Source 
Make the tpm-*.xml files symlinks to their respective input XMLs
from qemuxml2argvdata/ directory. Neither of the XMLs relies on
autofill of any TPM data.
