docs: add SVGs for sticker logos
...
Use the templates at https://github.com/terinjokes/StickerConstructorSpec
to provide square and hexagon logos for libvirt, suitable for printing
as stickers.

docs: add master SVG for libvirt logo
...
Add the SVG files for the libvirt logo, along with corresponding
pre-rendered PNG bitmaps at key sizes. Also add a README file
describing how to modify the logos and their intended usages.
