Andrea Bolognani 24f62f7bf1 examples: Drop unnecessary $(mkinstalldirs) call ...

$(mkinstalldirs) works like 'mkdir -p' in that it will
create all the necessary parts of the path leading up to
the actual directory, which means creating $(examplesdir)
beforehand is not necessary.
