Michal Privoznik 98d5b07f6d virsh: Introduce --xpath and --wrap to domcapabilities ...

Similarly to dumpxml, let's have --xpath and --wrap to the
'domcapabilities' command since users might be interested only in
a subset of domcapabilities XML.
