Peter Krempa d0dc6c0369 qemu: driver: Fix cold-update of removable storage devices 
Only selected fields from the disk source were copied when cold updating
source in a CDROM drive. When such drive was backed by a network file
this resulted into corruption of the definition:

    <disk type='network' device='cdrom'>
      <driver name='qemu' type='raw' cache='none'/>
      <source protocol='gluster' name='gluster-vol1(null)'>
        <host name='localhost'/>
      </source>
      <target dev='vdc' bus='virtio'/>
      <readonly/>
      <address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x00' slot='0x0a' function='0x0'/>
    </disk>

Update the whole source instead of cherry-picking elements.

README 

         LibVirt : simple API for virtualization

  Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities
of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software
available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of
the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of
Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic
resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing
long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but
should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
