Cole Robinson f4c97327fb conf: Introduce <sandbox mode='chroot'/> for <filesystem><binary> 
This adds a new XML element

<filesystem>
  <binary>
    <sandbox mode='chroot|namespace'/>
  </binary>
</filesystem>

This will be used by qemu virtiofs
