Peter Krempa f3e44016fa docs: manpages: Add missing manpages to index 
The manpages for 'virt-pki-query-dn', 'virt-qemu-qmp-proxy' and
'virt-ssh-helper.rst' were not referenced from the manpage index or any
other place.
