copilot-swe-agent[bot]andantonym 6fa759a811 Add legacy iPXE bootloader disks for USB keyboard compatibility 
iPXE upstream (ipxe/ipxe@2161e976) now includes USB NIC drivers by
default in the all-drivers build. This disables BIOS SMM-based USB
legacy support which emulates a PS/2 keyboard, breaking USB keyboards
on some systems.

This adds support for building iPXE's `ipxe-legacy` driver set
variants which exclude USB NIC drivers, preserving USB keyboard
functionality for affected users.

New bootloader variants:
- Legacy BIOS: .lkrn, .dsk, .pdsk, .kpxe (with -legacy suffix)
- EFI: .efi (with -legacy suffix)
- Hybrid: .iso, .img (with -legacy suffix)

Controlled by the `generate_disks_legacy_usb` flag (default: true).

1. Flatcar has moved to flatcar.org from flatcar-linux.org
2. Added "s" (HTTPS) to sites and removed "s" (HTTP) from MirBSD as it seems only HTTP requests are reachable there and with HTTPS the site is unreachable.

Antony Messerli a771358487 Support for Tails 
Adds support for Tails, retrieves modifed 9990-misc-helpers.sh from
upstream live-boot that better handles the fromiso flag to allow for
direct injection of the unmodified tails iso.

Would be nice to see this functionality made available upstream in Tails
to avoid having to override the live-boot hook.
