console: Fix widget size with scaling=never and host fractional scaling
We can not reliably use VM desktop resolution for host widget sizes when the host is using desktop scaling, so don't even try. This fixes the black bars around the VM console when scaling=never and autoresize is disabled Signed-off-by: Cole Robinson <crobinso@redhat.com>
