E.g.
    virt-install \
    ... \
    --tpm model=tpm-tis,backend.type=emulator,backend.version=2.0,backend.debug=3

  It results in the following domain xml:
  <tpm model="tpm-tis">
    <backend type="emulator" version="2.0" debug="3"/>
  </tpm>
