yamllint/setup.py
Adrien Vergé e3ebea6033 Distribution: Fix broken setup_requires
The `pyyaml` dependency is needed in `install_requires` but also in
`setup_requires`, because running `setup.py` requires importing
`yamllint`, which itself imports `yaml`.
