#8345 Summary Plot Manager : Several improvements

Browse Source 
Add checkboxes for individual plots for vectors/addresses and creation of multiplots.
Moved code into RicSummaryPlotBuilder.
Allow UiComboBoxEditor to disable autocomplete.
Create plot using Enter key without modifiers.
