Moved code to new library: ResultStatisticsCache
Moved RigStatisticsCalculator.h/.cpp, RigStatisticsDataCache.h/.cpp, RigStatisticsMath.h/.cpp to new library ResultStatisticsCache. ResInsight and some unit tests now link with this new library.
