#9493 grid calculator on active cells only

* Janitor: Improve getter for RigActiveCellInfo::gridActiveCellCounts.
* #9493 Grid Calculator: calculate on only active cells.
* #9493 Grid Calculator: filter with active cells.
* Fix calculation for input grid cases
