Add libomp-19-dev to Clang 19 install in CI workflow

Added libomp-19-dev to the list of packages installed in ResInsightWithCache.yml to provide OpenMP support for Clang 19. Also adjusted package formatting for clarity. No changes to logic or verification steps.
