#12270 Create a summary ensemble based on a selection of realizations

Add RicCreateSummaryEnsembleFeature used to create an ensemble based on a selection of realizations. Delete obsolete features to create summary groups.

Add context menu in parameter cross plots to create ensemble from filtered summary cases.
