Invert default isCurveHighlightSupported flag for RimPlot

- Make default flag = false, thus highlighting must be activated
- To prevent unwanted logic for new RimPlot objects
- Activate highlighting for RimSummaryPlot, RimVfpPlot and RimCorrelationMatrixPlot
