RigWellTargetMapping: Extract private implementation into RigWellTargetMappingTools

Move private methods, DataContainer, and ClusterStatistics from
RigWellTargetMapping into a new RigWellTargetMappingTools class to reduce
header complexity. Change generateEnsembleCandidates to accept
std::vector<RimEclipseCase*> instead of RimEclipseCaseEnsemble.
