#13306: Fix local grid connection summary vectors (LCGFRU) missing for ESMRY

Categorize LCGFRU/LCOFRU/LCWFRU as SUMMARY_WELL_CONNECTION_LGR and fix token count check when parsing LGR connection addresses.
