Updates CMake version requirements and workflow

Removes the CMake version check that caused issues with newer CMake versions.
Prints the CMake version in the workflow to aid in debugging.
Sets a minimum CMake policy version in CMakePresets.json. This is required to be able to build with CMake 4

Make sure all editors are hidden before deleting field editors
...
Hiding an editor triggers field changed, and can cause updates that requires editors to be live. Delete editors in a separate loop after all editors are set hidden.

Previous solution did not check for equal length of these vectors, causing out of bounds compare. Detected by debug build using MSVC

- Always log to file using default values. Log to home_folder/.resinsight/logs. Files are rotated, 5MB per file and maximum of 3 files.
- Add checkbox to system preferences to control file logging
