This PR will reduce the compile time of code using AppEnum. * AppEnum: Move QTextStream operator to avoid include of QTextStream * Avoid use of iostream in cafAssert rator to avoid include of QTextStream Include file profiling shows that include of QTextStream is a performance issue.
