- Add new RicImportGridAndSummaryEnsembleDialog for searching and selecting
  grid and summary ensemble files
- Extract firstLevelItems, setCheckedStateChildItems, findItemsMatching and
  populateComboBoxHistoryFromRegistry to public static methods on
  RicRecursiveFileSearchDialog to eliminate duplication

Magne Sjaastad e8805df3ff Improves support for ESMRY for import dialogs 
- The file dialog now presents both SMSPEC and ESMRY types and allows the user to select the desired format.
- Fixes logic error in summary case import
- Adds ESMRY file support to the import dialog

Introduces a new set of tools for searching files and directories recursively.

Update the ensemble import functionality to use the new file search tools.

Mark the old file system search function as obsolete.
