Required changes to use Qt6 and disable support for Qt5. There are still some adjustments related to Qt6 to be done, but these changes are not required to make Qt6 compile on relevant systems.

Remove resolveReferencesRecursively() and initAfterReadRecursively() from PdmDocument::readFile(). These functions will be called in RiaApplication::loadProject after the file paths modifications are done. This will ensure that file paths can be used in initAfterRead() functions.
Eclipse grid views and contour maps are not longer a child of the case.
The views are not separate collections (one for grid and one for contour maps)
on root level.

Example: "1, 5-7" will set items 1, 5, 6, 7 checked and all other items unchecked

- Set placeholder text after content is added (to ensure correct data type)
- Fix check of integers. `canConvert<int>()`returns true for both QString and int. Thus convert to string and then check for int conversion.
* Activate filtering when unchecking all items in list with only integers
- Reactivate filtering when uncheck of all items for a list with only integer values (to keep consistency between filter and list)

For some unknown reason, the checkbox in a group was not responding to mouse click. Keyboard interaction was possible. Remove the group and reorganize the UI.
The exported pdf is dependent on the width of the plot window. Remove code related to change of resolution when exporting to PDF. This makes the PDF export consistent and independent to width of view.
