Magne Sjaastad 98a2de5bc8 #12274 Improve automatic naming of summary ensembles 
Use same naming concept for automatic name for ensembles from file, SUMO and derived delta ensembles. Show name in a group box for SUMO/Delta.

Magne Sjaastad 56d62d13b4 #12218 Replace summary ensemble 
Add Replace to the right-click menu, and show the ensemble import dialog. Delete existing summary cases, and load all summary files selected by the user.
