Build, copy and edit taskmaestro workflows in ResInsight and save them as
standard workflow.yaml + input.yaml.
- Python helper: catalog, load, save and export-registered subcommands,
and run --registered for installed workflows
- C++ definition model with pure edit operations, port type checks,
config field derivation, static validation and undo/redo
- Installed folder listing registered workflows (read-only, runnable,
can be duplicated)

Adds a "Test Progress Bar" action under File->Testing that runs a
long task on a worker thread using caf::ProgressInfo to exercise
cross-thread progress updates. Uses QEventLoop to keep the GUI thread
responsive while the worker sleeps between steps.
Adds a new action to the test menu that allows users to manually
trigger the sending of test telemetry data (logging and stack trace)
to the OpenTelemetry endpoint.
This is useful for verifying that the OpenTelemetry integration is
working correctly and for testing different telemetry scenarios.

* Get rid of "ghost" windows on startup.
Removes hide all docking windows feature for now, to be replaced by a new implementation. Will probably break some tests due to this.
