Introduce RimReservoirGridEnsemble and RimReservoirGridEnsembleBase to manage ensembles of grid-only Eclipse cases. Enable detection of identical grids for shared operations and statistics. Integrate grid ensembles into project structure, UI, and menu system. Refactor statistics and view handling to support both case groups and grid ensembles via a common interface. Add deferred grid loading, robust case referencing, and migration for well data source fields. New features and menu items allow creation and management of grid ensembles from file sets, enabling new workflows for grid-only ensemble analysis.
Range selection functions now support exclusion tokens (e.g., "!4", "!5-7") for omitting values or ranges. UI placeholder texts and documentation updated to reflect new syntax. Comprehensive tests added for exclusion cases, including edge scenarios. Open-ended exclusion ranges are safely ignored in min/max variant. This enhances flexibility and precision for value selection.
Proxy fields usually reads and transforms data from other sources, usually other Pdm fields. This commit disables IO for proxy fields in the constructor. If XML serialization is required, this must be set on the proxy field, like this

Enhances the robustness of ensemble data processing by:
- Displaying a tooltip when data is missing for a realization.
- Checks if an enhanced summary file exists before attempting to open it.
- Refines the creation of the realization filter to accurately represent the range of available data.
Introduces a new set of tools for searching files and directories recursively.
Update the ensemble import functionality to use the new file search tools.
Mark the old file system search function as obsolete.
Use similar logic as relocation of caf::FilePath. Not possible to reuse code, as RimTools::relocateFile checks if the candidate file is present on the file system.
