* Select top level summary cases and ensembles for reload
Simplifies the summary case reloading process by removing the unnecessary `createAddressObjects` parameter and instead using the `showTreeNodes` flag to determine when to create address objects.
This change optimizes the loading process, especially for ensembles, by avoiding the creation of addresses for all cases, which improves performance. It also moves the responsibility of building tree nodes into a dedicated function `buildTreeNodesIfRequired` which is only called when needed.

Set display of summary nodes to true. This will ensure that the display of vectors in "Data Sources" for a single summary case will be updated when a calculated curve is added or removed.

The name for a summary case can be automatically created. If the user starts to edit the name manually, set the name option to Custom. Make the descriptionField available as not read-only, then it is possible to edit the name directly in the project tree using F2 or double-click.
