Fractures: Add UI for user-defined perforation length for az fractures
Add user defined perforation length for azimuth fractures.
Janitor: remove duplication

- Move completion settings to property of well path
- Rename to RimFishbones
- Export implicit COMPSEGS for fishbones main bore
