Magne Sjaastad b4e99e9a3a Improves summary import for ensemble workflows 
- Introducing a configuration system to automatically detect file patterns for restart and parameter files across ensemble realizations.
- Adding UI elements to control improved summary import settings.
- Modifying summary file reader to use the determined file patterns.

* Add category WELL_CONNECTION

Magne Sjaastad 672fbe177b Improve summary calculation performance 
* Only reload calculation data
* Make sure performance is good when a calculated object is added or changed
- avoid recreation of summary file readers
- delete all nodes in address tree representing calculated curves
- build address nodes for calculated curves

Magne Sjaastad dd97e7741a #7527 HDF Summary Reader : Add first working prototype 
HDF5 must be compiled with special options to support multithreading. Disable file object multithreading for HDF5. Some vector types are not supported, as the support in opm-common reader is not complete (region, region_to_region, ...).

Creating the LODSMRY file requires all data to be loaded into memory. Close this file object after the file has been written to disk.
