Magne Sjaastad 067c9c8880 Catch exceptions when reading INIT file for flow diagnostics 
RigOpmFlowDiagStaticData reads the INIT file in its member initializer, outside the existing try blocks. A malformed INIT file throws std::invalid_argument, which escapes to std::terminate.

Catch the exception in ensureStaticDataObjectInstanceCreated(), log a warning and return false. All callers already handle false.
