Change API for PdmObjectHandle and PdmFieldHandle
* Refactor interface to PdmObjectHandle and PdmFieldHandle
Return objects instead of passing in structures as parameters

* Add nodiscard to several functions
* Remove redundant this->
* Rename to ptrReferencedObjectsByType
