* Roff: Add initial roff support (with roffcpp as submodule).
* Roff: Create viewer when importing roff files.
* Roff: add timing for roff import.
* Roff: precompute active cell indexes.
* Roff: parallelize using OpenMP.
* Roff: Handle exceptions when importing.
* Roff: improvements from review.
* Invert ordering
