Fix several deprecation warnings (#8657)
* Use constructor instead of nullptr for WindowFlags
* Use constructor instead of nullptr for Alignment
* Disable deprecation warning for QProcess
* Add string split method to RaTextStringTools
* Add caf.cpp used to manage Qt function deprecations
* Use position()
