Gaute Lindkvist 53fad80e89 2d Maps: Renames to make classes and variables more consistent.
* Everything is now named something related to ContourMap:
  - Rim2dEclipseView -> RimContourMapView
  - Rim2dGridProjection -> RimContourMapProjection
  ....
