RimWellPath and RimWellPathCollection now reference a RimWellFormationsFile in the project-level well formations collection instead of owning per-well-path formations geometry directly. Reworked the well-pick import command (renamed RifWellPathFormationsImporter to RicImportWellFormationsFeature) to create/find the project-level file and link it to the matching (or newly created) well path.
