Magne Sjaastad 737936d846 Major modularization adjustments
Use uiField() when issuing setUi....() commands
Use PdmChildArrayField instead of PdmPointersFielc
Use PdmChildField instead of PdmField to pdm pointer objects
Use PdmChildArrayField instead of PdmField< std::list< caf::PdmPointer<
