Magne Sjaastad 07d8153852 #14803 Extract well log along radial grid axis by depth
A well in a radial grid is on the grid axis or on a face between angular cells, so no cells are intersected. Fall back to the innermost cell column placed by depth. Fixes empty PLT and RFT grid curves.
