Magne Sjaastad 601a3bbb78 Refactor RigFormationNames
- Rename RifColorLegendData to RifFormationNamesReader to better reflect the
class purpose of reading formation names from .lyr files.
- Remove inheritance of cvf::Object
- Improve const correctness
