Moved UnitSystem from RiaEclipseUnitTools to RiaDefines. (#7225)
* Moved UnitSystem from RiaEclipseUnitTools to RiaDefines.
- Renamed UnitSystem to EclipseUnitSystem
- Replaced header includes and removed obsolete includes of RiaEclipseUnitTools.h
* Moved  result name functions into separate file.
* Minor cleanup
